Welcome to AI Song. By using our app, you agree to comply with the following Terms of Service. Please read them carefully.
By accessing or using the AI Song application ("App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and any future updates. If you do not agree to these terms, you must not use the App.
You must be at least 13 years old to use AI Song. By using the App, you affirm that you are of legal age or have received parental consent to use the service.
AI Song offers a subscription plan that provides access to premium features. Payments for subscriptions are handled through your platform's payment gateway (App Store or Google Play). Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period. Subscription fees are non-refundable.
Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use AI Song. This license applies to the App itself, including its software, interface, and technology. You may not copy, resell, distribute, or modify the App itself without our written permission, except as permitted by applicable law. Rights to use generated music are addressed separately in Section 5.
Your Input. You retain any rights you already hold in original lyrics, recordings, prompts, and other materials you submit to the App. You are responsible for having the rights and permissions needed to submit and use those materials.
Commercial Use During an Active Subscription. Subject to these Terms, while your paid subscription to AI Song is active, we grant you a non-exclusive license to use music you generate through the App for commercial purposes, including publication, distribution, use in videos, and monetization. This commercial-use permission is linked to your active paid subscription and is not a perpetual license.
Expiration and Renewal. When your paid subscription expires, the commercial-use permission ends, including for music generated during a previous subscription period. You must stop ongoing commercial use, distribution, and monetization of that music unless and until you renew your subscription. When your paid subscription becomes active again, commercial-use permission for your previously generated music resumes, subject to these Terms. Renewal does not retroactively authorize commercial use during a lapse. Canceling automatic renewal does not end this permission before the end of your remaining paid subscription period. Expiration does not retroactively invalidate uses that were authorized while your subscription was active.
Copyright and Third-Party Rights. Commercial-use permission is a license to use generated music, not a guarantee or transfer of exclusive copyright ownership. AI-generated music may not qualify for copyright protection in every jurisdiction, and we do not guarantee that generated music is unique or that other users will not receive similar results. Any rights you independently hold in your original input are not affected by subscription expiration. You are responsible for reviewing generated music and ensuring that your use complies with applicable law, third-party rights, and the rules of any distribution or publishing platform.
Permission to Operate the App. You grant AI Song a worldwide, non-exclusive license to host, process, reproduce, and technically modify your submitted materials and generated music as reasonably necessary to operate and provide the App. We will not use your unpublished content for public promotion without your permission.
