By accessing or using the AI Song application ("App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and any future updates. If you do not agree to these terms, you must not use the App.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use AI Song. By using the App, you affirm that you are of legal age or have received parental consent to use the service.

3. Subscriptions and Payments

AI Song offers a subscription plan that provides access to premium features. Payments for subscriptions are handled through your platform's payment gateway (App Store or Google Play). Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period. Subscription fees are non-refundable.

4. License

When you use AI Song, we grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited license to use the App solely for your personal, non-commercial use. You may not modify, distribute, or create derivative works of AI Song without written consent.

5. User Content

By creating or uploading content (e.g., songs, lyrics, instrumentals) through the App, you retain all ownership rights, but you grant AI Song a worldwide, non-exclusive license to use, reproduce, and distribute this content to operate and promote the App.

6. Prohibited Activities

You agree not to:

• Use AI Song for any illegal activities.
• Distribute or modify copyrighted content without authorization.
• Use automated systems to manipulate the App.
• Upload content that is offensive, defamatory, or violates third-party rights.

7. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the App if we find that you have violated these Terms of Service.
